01 /Authorized use & scope

All elements of the Leovisualss Studio website, including branding identity, high-fidelity layouts, images, system copywriting, code scripts, and visual concepts, are protected under state and federal intellectual property framework and belong strictly to Leovisualss Studio. You are permitted to explore these materials for evaluation or contact purposes. Any unauthorized scraping, mirroring, or direct duplication for commercial replication is strictly prohibited.

02 /Deliverables & production timelines

When partnering with Leovisualss Studio for content plans, shorts/reels video shoots, or web construction projects, specific deliverables and expectations will be defined in a scoped Proposal or Statement of Work (SOW):

• Creative control & assets: Final reels or custom layouts are polished according to the style benchmarks requested. Draft materials, RAW camera assets, and incomplete trial templates remain the sole property of Leovisualss Studio unless buy-out options are explicitly detailed.
• Review Cycles: Standard project packages encompass structured rounds of feedback (typically 2 revisions) as declared in the project timeline. Unscheduled revisions or fundamental scope shifts are subject to supplemental consulting rates.
• Client Collaboration Responsibilities: Projects are highly dependent on client inputs (logos, copies, login details). Delays in providing necessary files exceeding 14 calendar days may put active sprint cycles on hold and incur rescheduling fees.

03 /Payment terms & non-refundability

To secure our production focus and reserve calendar slots, we require standard deposit percentages (typically 50% upfront, 50% upon project sign-off) prior to initiating active production phases. All design deposits, project initiation fees, and creative consultation payments are fully non-refundable, representing the upfront allocation of resources, research, and studio scheduling. Overdue payments exceeding 30 calendar days may lead to automatic work suspension and resource access freezes.

04 /Limitation of liability & indemnity

Leovisualss Studio will deliver high-caliber strategic content, bespoke sites, and campaigns. However, we do not guarantee specific algorithmic reach numbers, search result rankings, or viral metrics, as external network conditions, third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta), and market parameters vary dynamically. Leovisualss Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform down-times, site migrations, or content postings.

05 /Governing jurisdiction

These service protocols, proposals, and terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, unless a signed project proposal expressly states a different governing jurisdiction.
